[Resolved] Reliance — Facing network problem and call drop | |||
I bought a new reliance Sim([protected]).Its network strength is so good but it's for only one to two minutes.when I am talking with others it's only for maximum 2-3 minutes. I contacted customer care today so many times today but due to call drop and network problem I am unable to tell my problems fully to them.I told same problem to a certain about this but he says that this is my mobile problem to hide there problem. He argue with me about this but I told to transfer the call to senior executives but after that I wait near about 13 minutes but nobody attend the call. If they will behave like this then why we people will use the service Plz look after the problem as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
