Respected sir I am a regular customer of reliance fresh, i am writing this letter to inform you about a bad experience that i had to face from the manager of reliance fresh kollam (Near coffe house). He was taken the photo of my reliance card without my permission and when i enqure him about this, he misbehaved me, as he told me to shut up and he qupped "it is none of your business." and i feel it was very much against code of conduct towards a customer, after that he told he get out of from the shop.
