Reliance Fresh — Inadequate Consumer Amenities at Store

This is for information that I have been a regular customer of Reliance Fresh since 2011. Earlier I used to purchase from the outlet at Ghola, Sodepur, Kolkata. But after shifting to Khardah, I started taking the groceries and other regular needs from Barrackpore only. But the Barrackpore outlet is not at all up to the Reliance standards; the Ac machine has gone out of order yesterday and we were sweating inside! Many a times, the stocks remained less or nil for a number of items required! Staff number is also much less than required, so there used to be great rush and long que before the very limited number of cash counters! This situation is very much customer-unfriendly.
