[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Misbehaving Staff | |||
My father bought some products from Reliance Fresh and within 5 minutes of his coming back from the store which is just 5 mins from our house, I sent my maid back to the store because Frooti and a biscuit pack we already had. I asked her to get chips against this amount and even gave her more money to get more stuff. She also had the bill! The purchase was just 10 mins old! When the maid (can read and speak well) reached there with the bill and the prodcuts the guy at the counter Rajender Pandey misbehaved and abused her - just because she was a maid. The shift manager was called Mr. Mithlesh who also said don't take stuff without checking!The maid came back crying and when I asked her she told me all of this. I went back to the store with the maid to speak to the staff. They started misbehaving with me also. Specially the guard who had no business in between was really abnoxious and abusive- his name is Ajay Kumar Singh. Then, Mithlesh started giving me excuses. The best was when i was telling them all of this the so called manager came and asked me what the matter is. I told him and he said dont waste your time - the matter is sorted now! I told him this is not done and i will raise a complaint. He said please go and do what you want - my name is Sujeet Srivastav and take my employee ID also! If this is what a manager could say and do, not sure what the staff will follow.. no wonders all of them misbehave - because they see their manager doing it. The most disrespectful and abusive were the Manager and the Guard. If reliance does not do anything about this, I am going to file a complaint in the consumer courts.this is complete harassment of women! it is a mental torture! I need to know what action is being taken. It is for Seyyad Gaon branch of yours. Maybe they know no one at Reliance cares and nothing is going to happen to them! Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, I have bought some.products from
reliance fresh store, kichripur, Delhi.After generating bill, same time i noticed that one item that is.of perishable nature and had nearby expiry, I request it to exchange it with some other item with the same or greater price with difference amount to be paid.But the person name Sanjay yadav who has generated the bill not only refuse to rectify the bill but started misbehaving and said that there is no.such procedure of returning back the product or products in the store.
i need that you should need to take action against this matter and instruct out your store staff, so in future anyone will not face such problems.
