[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — misbehaviour of staff with my 2.5 yrs son at RELIANCE FRESH Ansal plaza Palam vihar | |||
This is to bring to ur knowledge that RELIANCE FRESH Ansal plaza Palam vihar staff is very rude and have harrasing behaviour. we went 0n 18th Dec, 14 around 8:30 pm when your staff (NAMED NEELAM YADAV) who is incharge of Churna counter started misbehaving with my little 2.5 yrs son and threatened him not to touch anything else he will get KNIFE to hurt him. Is this the way to talk to small kids. when we asked him to appologise he refused to do and went inside ur store room. Everthing must be there in cctv footage. everything happened near main entrance, billing area so if you go through footage you can clearly make out how rude his behaviour was. moreover when we contacted manager of reliance fresh palam vihar gurgaon branch he said he is not the employee of RELIANCE FRESH. He is a 3rd party contractor, if he is not a employee even then how can he threat reliance customer. Complaint is there in your complaint book and also Attached his photograph and his acceptance that he threatened to kill my son.
