Reliance Fresh — Money deducted

Dear Sir, I am very disappointed with reliance fresh Bistupur Jamshedpur I paid Rs 5385 deducted from my account and due to staff mistake they couldn't take out bill and inspite of showing my account details the person name Mayank and store head Mr Anil Sharma has misbehavied very badly with me, I should ask what kind of culture you are follow one lady suffer and staff misbehave??? Inspire of my so many request they r not support even they don't want to allow me to take my goods. This is very pathatic experience at Reliance fresh Their behaviour with a lady just useless.
