Reliance Fresh — Money deducted twice

Dear sir/madam, I am a satisfied customer, But today i want to complain about the twice deduction of money, I purchased goods worth rupees 183.43 on 3 july 2015 from reliance fresh(evershine city), started transaction with the credit card(card number XXXXXXXXXXXX7216) but card showed an error and my transaction was canceled as told by one of your executive, so i did a cash payment(i.e I gave 200 rs and got 17 back ) . But at home when I checked my card statement, payment was even by my card, whose transaction was canceled as said by your one of the executive.I thought It might roll back my transaction it wasn't today its 11th July now it hasn't been rolled back ... I request you for the proper refund of my transaction for rupees 183.43
