Reliance Fresh — Never Visit the Reliance Market City Guntur - Not servicing to Customer on doing public relations Business | |||
Today I have a bad experience at Reliance Market City Guntur. 1.I bought a 10KG of Ashirwad Atta and once I am moving the item from cart to Car I came to know the pack was damaged. 2.Immediately I approached the security desk and ask for exchange with another pack. 3.Security registered and given a return slip and ask me to approach to 1st floor front office. 4.In front office they ignored to take it back and providing the response once the bill was paid and they are not responsible to take return it back. 5.I just dropped the item in the store and rejected to take back the damaged pack. 6.The manager is happy until I submitted or tear off the return slip .This is becoz the manager is looking on his safety not for customer service. The item cost is 336.00 and manager is not accepting to return the product.If the staff is doing like this across the stores and how customers will visit on next time. Personally my visit to Reliance is last by today and never I won't visit any Reliance store. How the big business giants are providing the service . Was this information helpful? | |||
