Dear sir, I have reliance on e card in the name of D K PURNESWARA RAO. Card no [protected], due to usage continuously the card was damaged, mean while I was taken new card (No :[protected]) at Anandbagh stores and same card using at the time store visiting. It is requested kindly transfer old card points in to new card immediately. Once again request you kindly release permanent card at the earliest.
