[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Offer Given not being in system causing discomfort

Hi, I am writing this complaint regarding having Very Bad Experience this morning at Reliance Fresh Store at R.P.D.Cross, NH4-A Road, BELGAUM (KARNATAKA) Offer was written for MONGINIS CAKES ( 40gm & above) BUY 2 & GET 1 FREE. But when I bought this product & when I reached the Billing Counter, I was told that Offer is not Valid. Now how can you do this to your customer by giving wrong offer?
