Reliance Fresh — Poor arrangement of refrigeration

At reliance fresh in Vadodara, near aksar chowk I purchased one Amul Paneer last week with mfg date[protected] but it could not be used as same was tasting bad and smelling. we had to throw it away. I think refrigeration system is not proper due to which it happened. Kindly keep it properly so that same could be used till expiry.
