Date of the incident: 27-nov-2016 and also few days back.
For purchase of a single product it's taking more than half an hour. I've given a feedback to the store manager regarding the same and asked them to try to implement an express counter where billing can be happened only for fewer items like 1-5 or 1-10 items.
Today again i faced the same issue. I've again contacted the store manager and reminded him about my previous feedback.
They haven't yet implemented any kind of express counter. I asked the same to him that why wasn't it done? The feedback given by the customers is not at all being taken care of and improving.
The sm was saying like only you are the one who is asking like this no on else is asking. But, i've seen several times there were many customers who wait for longer time to get a single or less than 5-10 items to be billed.
So, the sm was saying just for 1% of the customers we can't put up an express counter.
My opinion is, not all the customers are willing to give their feedback about this issue. They don't even speak to the sm. Even though not many customers are asking for this express counter, if it is set up then everyone would feel better and the billing process will be very faster.
Whenever i speak to that store manager, the way he responds back or gives the answer i feel like he doesn't want to take any feedback/complaint and more over i feel like he is not capable of managing a store then how come he's been given a store manager job.
