I have purchase some product and pay the bill but due to same problem bill not submitted, but reliance fresh card points redeem 50 rs from my card and shopkeeper decline the bill but 50 rs not credit in my account. The person was billing delebrate attempt was not to redeem point from reliance one card. Insted they have their own card on which they redeem buy back points of the coustomer.
Hence this complaint.
