Reliance Fresh — Rude Behaviour & denial for Exchange

Dear Sir,
I have bought 4 packets of chings soup on dated 9th Sep'14 and my family do not like that flavour so on 11th Sep'14 I went to that shop again to get this exchange they denied, they have asked the reason so I said we do not like this flavour hence wanted to get this exchange however I met Mr. Prem who was very rude to me and he thrice said same sentence "Not my fault" I have told him politely that we are the regular customer so do not use such tone however he did not understand this. I have got store manager number Mr. Sushant ([protected]) he did not answer my call even he did not picked up Mr. Prem's call.
I have wasted my precious time and petrol both to get this exchanged.
I am enclosing bill and relianceone card which I am using, so you can check how regular customer I am.
I want compensation for this, I want them to exchange the item compensation money.
