Dear sir i am regular customer of reliance fresh store located parijat building cherital jabalpur. sir i have observed for the last 6 months that your staff misbehaving with customers (1) if anyone ask about reliance card credit, staff gives answer rudely or saying go and check yourself & when we going to make payment against purchase staff not irritating &do "udhar jao yaha vaise hi khade h itne" (2) if ask about material storage they gives ans."dhoodh lo yehi kahi hoga" (3) when keeping bags to the gate keeper he saying like this "rakh to jao ake utha lena"means reliance standard goes down beside customers because behaviour of staff. sir also we think that in store we are standing in front of sabzi mandi peoples. please do need full action. i will not going your reliance store for purchase items from today. thanks manish matoliya.
