Reliance Fresh — Rv/gl ch atta 10 kg not ok

Dear sir/ma'am,
Sorry i forgot to inform the store address- pravasi nagar scheme murlipura, near by kedia palace jaipur. Store manager name is pradeep. -8/7/2015, i purchase the item of 820rs. There was also include a 10 kg packed atta. That item is not good in the atta there is finary sand.I complaint at store next day. The store manager is rounding to me three time and say i will be mail then you come . I went again for asking this time he said that i will told to my guy for this he will change please come tommorow. Now i will go again. This time what he says i will see...
I am a old customer of reliance fresh . I never complaint for any thing but this time not accepted thing.
