Reliance Fresh — Unable to provide Information | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I Hussain Firangi had applied for the loyalty program in reliance fresh (Thakur Village) 2-4 years back. At that time I had received an card which was a cardboard cutout. I don't remember the mobile number given by me at that time. I have been receiving the point statement on my email "[protected]@yahoo.com" assuming that I had given this as my registered email. Now I wish to obtain a duplicate card so that I donot waste the points gained by me in the card. I tried calling at customer support no and contacted the customer support email inorder to get the reliance one card. They were unable to help me in this regard. Now I have no option but to officially apply for the compliant so that the matter can be solved. I am attaching the email received by me from the reliance one.
