[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Wrong charges of Theft

It has happened with me two times one with my mother and once with my friend today. My friend asked me to have the bill computed and he received a call so he went outside. I waited for him for about half an hour outside and he was not answering my calls. He suddenly came outside and went to the nearest ATM to withdraw some money. When I asked him what happened he told me that the security claimed he has stolen something. He was set up and I think one of the employee has placed a cream hardly of 10-20 rs. in his back pocket. He was threatened and told that he would be arrested and beated if he didn't gave 4000 rs. They snatched his purse and took all the money and a person came claiming he was a policeman but not wearing any uniform said he would arrest his father if he didn't gave any money now. Also there was no proof in the video recording. He was forced to sign a document. Is it the right kind of behaviour? I mean these are pretty serious crimes and I am thinking of contacting police station and consumer court. And the same happened with my mother she purchased a lot of items and when she was checking out she was accuses of stealing 30 Rs. ponds cream for which she was charged 3000 rs but in different reliance fresh.Are you even authorized to take thousands of money for this.
