First of all, let me thank you for the excellent idea of having a store that sells at a good price. Having said that, you have so much potential but the stores are mismanaged. 1) goods are badly and unattractively displayed. Tea is in different places. Do you expect us to search for every thing? 2)sales persons are too busy chatting or not interested in answering queries. 3) you have six counters for checking in goods but despite long queues, only two or three are open so we have to spend our valuable time waiting. 4) veg are sometimes very dirty. Milk bags are filthy. The floors are unclean. 5) it is popular because it is a one stop shop. I do all my shopping there but do improve conditions so that we enjoy our shopping experience.
