Many time I want to solve my problem but neither the Consumer complaints solve my problem nor dial NO.198. I had gone to near by Office but he advised me to contact 198 with another jio sim. Consumer complaints intimate through my E-mail address that "We have examined your complaint and it appears to be a bit short. Short complaints rarely get resolved and often are left ignored by companies. Please expand your complaint in order to have a higher chance of having your issue resolved."
