[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm — Balance refund not done

My prepaid balance drop by almost 173 Rs on 28th July. I called customer care 198 and they told balance will be refunded in next 48 hours.but refund us not yet done. I called again then they are saying not able see status having system issue. Not even fileing compliment. Please look into this. This the 2nd time balance cut down in month. Very disappointed.
