My problem has not been solved, since after 2 days of deactivation, it got activated again.

The VAS(Value added service) of Reliance GSM not even active on my mobile number [protected], but they are charging Rs 1 for VAS Video Store every alternate date. I deactivated VAS packs thru SMS, type "STOP" and sent to 155223 (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/customercare/customercare_sac.html) many times. Got message mentioning "Dear customer, you are not subscribed to any VAS Packs". and they are deducting Re 1 in between intervals.
Any given time Customer care is not reachable.

Please do the needful to all the customers who had been in this money looting (cheating) such big company like Reliance Communication.

This is also a one type of Scam they are doing.

my cell number is [protected], daily 1 rupees deducting from my number, i made a call to customer care but always busy reliance support, i suggest please close reliance from india, suggest to ambani group and dont make to fool indian citizens
