[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Poor Connectivity | |||
I have complained against network related problem. This complain is regarding to Reliance poor Indoor Network Connectivity problem(3G). My Reliance Mobile number is [protected] . There is a Indore network problem. I am facing the problem from 1-2 months. I have already complained to the reliance customer care dated on[protected] complain number is[protected]. But After Passes two months no further action has to be taken by the customer care.And my complain number was remain closed without any notification or contact with me. I want to know, what's the further action is to be taken by the customer care. How much time has to be taken for the settlement of public grievances. kindly try to solve it. Otherwise i will take the further action against it. My problem still remain. So please kindly take an action against it & solve my problem.
