[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Main balance and Talk time 20 hours deducted without any reasons | |||
Dear Sir, I am a customer of RELIANCE GSM (Prepaid), & my mobile no. is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 299/- for RIM GSM to RIM GSM (Prepaid) free calls for 28 days in 09/07/2014 at 10:30:40PM (Transaction no.[protected] . Today at 10.25pm I saw that I have my local RIM GSM to RIM GSM (Prepaid) free calls is about 20 hours & main balance is about 26/- (Twenty six rupees appx). But at 10:50PM my main balance shows that my main balance is .07/- (seven paise) & RIM GSM to RIM GSM (Prepaid) free calls is n/a. In this time I talk with a RIM GSM (Prepaid) mobile no. Then (at 10:57PM) I called RIM GSM (Prepaid customer Care to do complaint about this issue. But the customer care representative did not any help me to return me the amount which deducted from my balance. the customer representative told me that my 299/- validity was end today. How cheating are they? I want the amount ( Main Balance + 20 hours free calls talk time for local RIM GSM to RIM GSM) as soon as possible with extra validity date which RIM GSM (Prepaid) lost for their mistake & bad behaviour.
