Reliance Gsm — Promo balance | |||
I am Kumar Abhishek, I recharged my number [protected](Reliance GSM, Bihar) by 247 after recieving an SMS mentioning 1 GB 3G and 150 Rs. Talktime against it.. But they credited it in Promo Balance.. I am in roaming and now they r saying that I cant use it.. I am also unable to connect to any Customer Care number.. :( Was this information helpful? | |||

I live here permanently with a roaming pack.. So, how will I avail the talktime..it was not mentioned in SMS that they will give promo balance.. I am unable to call any of the customer care numbers..

They didnt call me.. I am unable to use the balance.. How can u say that the balance is resolved..
