Dear Reliance, I am rechange online my reliance mobile number [protected] of 19 Aug 2015 RIM GSM Prepaid-HDFC[protected]BILLPAY ONLINEPAYMENT-[protected][protected] rs 30.00 and 19 Aug 2015 [protected]EBSMobdeedsMobileSol[protected] Aug 2015 35.00 rs/- I have show message recharge succusfull your amount 23 rs something but I chek the balance is 000.1 rs I call to customer care number 198 they are say over server is on updateing please call back after 6:pm I call again they are also say same our server is on updateing we are not a ble to do your sir please call tomorrow morning ok I call toda afternoon around 3 to 4pm they are also say same ansar sir please call back after 6:30 pm I have refund 22 Aug 2015 Ref-EBSMobdeed[protected] Aug 2015 35.00 but still my problem in my amount of rs 30 its not resolved I say to call center girl your server also as on same to aircel call center girls also say same reply me u do the job first in aircel call call center ok in case I chekedmy mobile any VAS services its activated in my mobile I called 155223 some number no services is activated in your mobile so where to go my amount but I got a sms recharge succesfully but balance is not credited me
