Reliance Gsm — Reliance Post-paid damage sim

Dear Concern, My name is Ravindra Singh Yadav and My Number is [protected]. I have changed Vodafone number port to Reliance Post-paid but when Reliance executive provide me the damage sim Card I am also inform to reliance and same person. But nobody help me for replace the damage sim. Till time no incoming call and no outgoing call made by any. Also so many time reliance executive call me and harassed me to pay the bill last 4 months I am told him if any incoming or outgoing call made, I will pay you but if not why I can pay you. Please suggest me what to do. Provide me the new sim or closed the SIM.
