[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Unnecessary Balance deduction in Reliance GSM

I have purchased GSM sim of reliance at 3-Nov-15 in which I got 60 Rs balance but after 4 days 45 Rs balance has been deducted automatically. I have tried lots of time to contact customer care but whenever call is transferred to the customer care executive nobody picked up my call. Till Now Reliance Communications has not been resolved my complaint.They are given me unacceptable excuses which is not acceptable .Please return my balance as soon as possible.Otherwise tell me If you are not able to do this I will port my number to another company.
