I am one of your very dissatisfied customer. My mobile number is [protected].I am user of 3G mobile data plan. Despite having an active plan with available limit I have been falsely charged several times. I have filed complaints to the customer care and they refunded money twice ensuring that it will not happen again. But the same practice is going on and on.
Please note my complain numbers to understand my problem correctly[protected] and[protected].
To my surprise, I am refunded with less money both the times.
I have been also charged INR 3 on regular basis for not availing any VAS services. I am surprised, how much money Realiance could make like this by unnecessarily charging customers like me all over India.
