[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Unnecessary deduction of balance 3 times

Sir, i filed a complaint on 14th september 2015 complaint no[protected] and a complaint on 16th september[protected]. regarding unnecessary balance deduction.but my complaint was not been processed. now yesterday i.e.12th october again they deducted my balance . and as usual they told me that their server is busy.. and ask me to try again some other time. but as usual their customer care no. does not connect my phone to their representative. sir please ask them to process my complaint my no. is [protected] relaince GSM mumbai circle.and also return my deducted balance. i am looking to port my number to other good customer caring company. please make my need full Thank you Mridul Bhatnagar [protected] Reliance GSM
