[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Very slow net speed | |||||
As earlier i complaint about very slow net speed, after getting assurance from the company that the speed will be back from the next recharge, i got the recharge done and still i am facing the same problem getting very low net speed . The speed comes between 5-10kbps .Even after recharging for 3g pack. Please try better to resolve the problem. Please find the attached image for recharge check up.. This link leads to facebook, you guys want me to like you there and post comments. Really ! You people are hell bent doing all wrong the right way. Instead of solving my concern you are asking me to complain again, first i complained in your customer support got no solution, then here thrice, you say get the recharge done then only you will look into it because my pack was expiring, and now you want me to post a complain in facebook again. Do you not get the problem i am facing or this is the way you frustrate your customer till the time he walks away .
