My jio no [protected] is not able to connect to internet saying that issues are with jio network in area of singapore township pocharam hyderabad telangana.

Customer support told to wait for 60 days for resolution. Can you pls tell how you are validating that a customer can wait for 60 days for resolution of any issue when he had already paid for the services....

I booked jio phone online with an advance of rs. 500/-. After that the company revealed the specification of the phoion id is ne and the monthly tariff. These are against what was advertised before booking. These does not meet my requirements, so please refund the advance amount of rs.500. My transact id is transaction id : fv000001wl3f. I have recharged my geo number from hdfc online netbanking. My money got dedicated from my bank account but, i haven't receive any charge on my mobile. I want my money back in my bank account. Please do the needful. I have called to reliance helpline but i didn't get any response from them. Even bank authority don't know t resolve it.

I am using reliance gsm sim from long time but frim today their is no network in my sim at home circle when i called on my number from other numbet it says my number is switched off moreover when i triedreaching custimer care they reply due to emergency situation we cant help you and also i have activated call forweding on my number but that too didnot working on my number....

I had sought recharge of rs 310/- on 01.09.2017 for my wife's mobile no. [protected] which had failed but my account with the bank was debited through net banking. The transaction no. Appearing is[protected]. I had mailed twice on 13.09.2017 and 19.09.2017 seeking refund of the amount but have not received a response to my emails. I would once again request to kindly look into the matter and instruct my bank to refund the recharge amount...

This is very bad from reliance gsm i am their postpaid customer i pay my bills on time still they have barred my outgoing calls, they want me to pay advance rental which i will never pay, they cant impose anything on my without my consent, i raised complaint several times but reliance dont care about their customers who are paying them alot of money, your company is because we are your customers and when you will create problem for your customers...

Just after my complaint for incorrect billing, i received two different responses :-

(1) one call from [protected] at 17:33 hrs. Today 01-sept-2017, he abused me with very bad words because i complained.

(2) second call from a gentle person from [protected] at 17:40 hrs., he assured me for refund me excessive billing, but as per him they will need my debit card number for confirmation. I gave them option of adjust...

Requesting to correct my billing of last three months and return back excessive amount charged.
It is again third month my bill is just double from my original plan of 499 for unlimited calling.

I am reliance sim user since 13 years.
I am using postpaid connection.
This company has very poor network for calling and data.

When i tried to port this number, they unnecessarily levied advance monthly rental on my bill, however they already have my rs.1000/-. Deposited with them as a security deposit.

Now they are continuosly calling me for payment, current bill and advance rental.br...

I have booked jio phone via my jio app and paid rs.500/- from sbi debit card but transaction failed. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

Sir i booked through my number [protected] your jio phone on[protected] evening the amount was cut from my bank account of 500 rupees and i got the order id as fv0000017js2 but i did not receive the confirmation message to the above mobile number upto now. The amount when i checked with the bank statement was cut on[protected] evening... Then what i have to do plz. Solve my issue and reback the money to my bank account as soon as possible......

I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message...

This is very sad to say that reliance infocomm is sending wrong bill to me they want me to pay advance for next month early which i am not going to pay. Many times i have informed the company but no body is listening to me. This is very bad from the reliance gsm. Please solve my problem soon. My postpaid number is [protected]. Several times i told them to send me the bill of what i have use and than i will pay the bill but they dont listen...
