Reliance Infocomm — Wrong charges on my bill | |||||
I am being forced to pay Rs90/- towards ADPAYStrmgMlySubscription for no apparent reason. Please see the attached images for details. I am fed up with these charges that are being imposed without our knowledge. I was trying to resolve the 4G data plan that was being forced onto me and tried all options (I tried to contact customer care for last 4 days. But couldn't get any person to talk, only IVR option was available. I also went to Reliance Retail Outlet and they were equally unaware of things and were not supportive either. I also wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com without even acknowledgement). All these extra charges and no available person to talk to shows the dirty side of reliance.
