I am deeply disappointed for purchased your reliance wi pod ( 14.7 ) mbps speed dongle . No .[protected] As per the conversation had with your customer care rep pavithra on Oct 8th reg, speed issue and assured us the matter will be resolved in 2 days with physical inspection .Till now i can able to get a upload speed of 34 Kbps which you assued me that the upload speed will be 5 .7 Mbps, and download speed at 14 . 7 Mbps speed, This is utter false assurance given to customers in the name of high speed wi pod dongle .
