Reliance Jewels — Complaint regarding ideal silver products | |||
We went to buy the ideal silver product today 05 feb 2016. your employee mr ashish kumar said he wanted the product inspite of the client ready to buy the product on immediate cash and the said employee refused to sell the product. there was no advance booking of this particular product. maximum ideal products were purchased by the store staff as the prices on them were reduced drastically where as the priority should have been given the priority. i am the client of your product since the day the store was opened and a regular customer. i am deeply hurt by the shabby treatment given to me. please address my complaint immediately otherwise i would approach the higher authorities.
