Reliance Jewels — do not purchase gold from reliance gold

After reading all this review I repent on buying a diamond ring from reliance gold.The entire staff are liars.. I bought a ring of worth around 25000k. I gave them 8gm gold coin during the purchase to balance the amount. The worth of the coin was around 21k when it was purchased few months ago. During the billing 2% was deducted from the gold coin rate making it around 19k and then the billing was done.the gold rate on the day we purchased ring was around 2700k. We lost about 2000k because of 2% deduction in spite of having a guarantee card for the coin we purchased.They say 2% deduction common in all the shop.is it true?..its my engagment ring and I am afraid the diamonds might pop out.when I checked for gold market price today n good it was around 2500 and in reliance gold it was 2800... they say they run their business in retail price
