Hello JIO Team, This is Ankush Nain, I bought JIO sim card on 26th august 2016 form “Reliance Digital Xpress Mini” D-175, Maharaja Agarsen Marg, Block C, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110007 My address: 7/9 2nd floor indra vikas colony, delhi 110009 Mob.- [protected] Almost 9 days crossed, till now my sim card was not activated, I approached the above mentioned “reliance digital xpress mini stores” many times. But I didn’t receive proper response from them. They are not even considering to check my CAF form Status. I never seen such service from other service providers. Normally sim card will be activated within 4 hours. I understand due to high demand it may take some time. But 8-10 days is not normal. I’m a fan of JIO but due to this service am really frustrated, My main concern is why the reliance retailer not able to check the CAF status or not able help me in this card activation. I have provided MY JIO SIM card details for your reference. I want it to be activated ASAP. Else help me to get back my address proofs details.
