Reliance Jio Infocomm — Not activating JIO SIM | |||
I received a JIO SIM card from JIO company people who visited our office in Nov, 2016. I gave all the relevant docs and was told that the SIM will be activated within 4-5 working days. Since sim was not activated, I called customer care who registered my complaint - complaint number is SR000003OCIK. Now the customer care is saying that the docs are not uploaded and I need to visit the nearest JIO store. Why????? The JIO people had collected my docs and now why do I need to give the docs again. Why cant Reliance ensure that the docs are properly uploaded without causing any delay.Even before launching their service, they are giving pathetic service and showing what they are best at - complete mismanajement and unnecessary harassment and wastage of time of the customer. JIO team - if you dont activate my connection, give me back my docs to my doorstep and compensate me for the time loss. Just third grade pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||
