[Resolved]  Reliance Landline — Dead phones -1 month over-Corporate

Dear Sir, I am a subscriber of your landline services phone no :[protected]-[protected].For the past one month my phone lines have been down. I have visited your Reliance customer Centre office at St.Inez -Goa, three times and it is appalling that they still cannot fix my phones. First they said our lines must be disconnected at the Centre but we have brought technicians from out who say that is not the problem. Now they saying it must be the instrument which cannot be so as for one, all four instruments cannot be damaged at the same time, besides we have 5-6 lines connected on the instrument and the other service providers on the same instrument the phone is working. What is appalling is that till date you’ll have not had the courtesy to send your Service Engineers to our Centre in spite of repeated requests for the same .Could it be that you’ll have no interest in Customer Satisfaction?? I really do not know how to get this problem sorted as the staff in the Reliance Centre refuse to give me any Managers number so that I can speak to them directly nor are they able to solve my problem and today they have the audacity to ask me to clear last month’s bill, which is just the rent charges for a DEAD PHONE .If you go through our records you will find that we have always paid our bills on time.
