my land line No. is 32919825 I stay at Malad west at Marve Road, One year back my wire less hand set (white- LG)
got damaged and I approached your agent at goregaon west opposit Goregaon Sports Club. They charged Rs.1, 000/-
and gave me another hand set which was second hand repaired one. It worked for about 10 months and started giving trouble. While charging there is no red light, we do not know if the hand set is charged or not, even it shoe fully charged and after talking for two minutes the phone gets shut, Since last two months i am complaining through phone, i was told that representative will come and check the hand set but no body has turned up till now. Once i was told that representative will come and replace the instrument with another second hand instrument, but representative is still coming, don't know when the day will come. Last week again I visited your goregaon show room i was asked to pay Rs.2, 000/- and i will get second hand repaired insrument, since new one is not available.
It is my humble request to you kindly look into the matter and solve my problem.
