Reliance Life Insurance — Complaint for refund

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am Tarang Patel from Surat. I have complaint for my policy and policy no is 50567756 . Name of policy holder is, Sharmilaben Satishbhai Patel. I got this e-mail ID from toll free customer care.

I got call from Ghaziabad for reliance life policy. They told me if you buy this policy of reliance life then you will get loan against this policy. If you buy this policy of 2, 00, 000 INR then you will get 20, 00, 000 INR as a loan amount in 45 days. Then they told me, i want ID proof and Cheque with sign for verification . Then I post these documents. After that they issue my policy . I got policy bond but they told me if you want loan then these bond documents must give me means company so I post them.
They told me when i get your bond documents then i will process for loan.
They told me you will get loan within 45 days so i am waiting for call from them or company but i did not get . So I called many more them who called me from Ghaziabad but them mobile was switch off . So I went reliance life office at Surat ( ADAJAN BRANCH ) and i met BDM and share this all details so he told me, I will call you then come here. And he was not free and i lost my time. After that I was go at Reliance Life Office at ITC Bldg, Majura Gate and i met HR madam. I share my whole story and I gave her my voice recording proof and all details . I gave all proof after that company did not refund both policy.

Then I got refund for only one policy but still I m waiting for another .
I got two policy and there are :

[protected] Satishbhai N Patel ( Refund ).

So I m requesting to you for refund my another policy as soon as possible. I have whole call recording as a proof so if you need it tell me i will mail you.
