I had taken policy no 10668829 under client id 01469909 with coverage of 22 lac. Mandatory period to pay premium was @ Rs one lac per year for 3 years from 18 may 2007. I have paid 5 lac up to may 2011 continuously for 5 years but I am not being provided with statements etc in spite of repeated requests.All telephonic calls are not replied properly. My email ID is [protected]@hotmail.com but they just inform me by SMS that statement has been sent at [protected]@hotmail.com.They are doing it intentionally.Direct them to give me statement n send rep to explain the issue.
