[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — policy number 12148006 | |||
Dear Reliance, I bought reliance life ULIP policy in June 2008 having number 12148006. At the time of buying this i was informed by adviser as well as RLIC customer support (Later) that i have choice of paying 3 premiums later i can choose not to pay but keep policy intact. Suddenly on 1 July 2014 i got SMS from Reliance that policy has expired and terminated. I was never informed by mail or SMS for the same however my number and emails are updated in system and have been getting other alerts. Please suggest i was misinformed by customer support or adviser and any way i can keep this policy running ? thanks Anurag [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance customer care called me and we have resolved issue as policy is already lapsed so i will be getting money out of it. Reliance Life Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
