Dear Sir/Ma'm, Please note the following and respond at the earliest. 1. On 09-December 2014, I applied and obtained subjected policy no 51950045 ( client ID no[protected] by paying a Annual Premium of Rs. 29999/- For paucity of Fund, due premium was delayed, but without opting for, an amount of Rs.29627/- has been deducted from my Axis Bank A/c no [protected](ISFC : UTIB1999 ) by ECS ( Ref ECS/TECH Process Solution Ltd./[protected]. I am sure I never opted for the ECS. Owing this UNEXPECTED deduction I am in great trouble, as I could not send money to my Son studying Abroad (Russia MAI ) 2. Again on 17-Jan, 2015 one more same plan, Policy no.[protected]Client Id no[protected] was obtained by paying same amount i.e. Rs 29999/- only/ I apprehend, Agent/person behind the policy has played it. It is requested that Forthwith any and all ECS linked to this bank account may please be cancelled. There MUST not be any ECS deduction from this account.
