[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Request for Policy Cancellation | |||
This is in regard to policy No. 19882732 issued on[protected] through Reliance life insurance of an yearly installment of Rs. 20, 000/- In the month of Feb 2012, I got a call from your customer care center and they had advised me to take this policy (Policy No.[protected] yearly payment for Rs. 20, 000. After One year I was not able to pay Rs. 20000 in one installment (yearly), hence I have visited your Janak puri branch on 30th March 2013 and made the request for monthly basis ECS and paid 2 month installment advance in cash (3500 Rs.) and fill the form for monthly installment ECS. But no ECS activated as on date after my several follow ups. Request you to please cancel this policy and return all my money paid to RELIANCE INSURANCE ASAP. Because i am not able to pay the hole amount with penalty. Please consider this is most urgent for me. Was this information helpful? | |||
