Dear sir, I am deeply concerned to inform that our family was at heavy financial losses due to heavy flood at pallikkaranai (Plot no:115, snr flats (Parking+2floors), 6th main road, ramngar south extension - great chennai during december1&2 2015 and flood raised at 10.00 pm up to 8 feet from the ground and water entered in to the cars engines on the parking area as such properties were lost and 3 nos commercial vehicles are still at stake in workshop, could not recovered. I am unable to pay the polices at due renewal dates due to heavy loss in business Hence i am making this kind request for conversion of policies in single policy to single life member and make it one time saving to relieve from our financial struggles. The matter was already conveyed to tambaram / chenglepat-reliance life insurance offices. Worth of policies rs 4, 00, 000 (Rupees four lakhs) and above 1. Policy holder:[protected]vpc suresh 2.
