[Resolved] Reliance life — Reliance Life Not Refunding Policy Amount that was Sold in Fraudulent manner | |||
Hello Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that Reliance Life has sold Life Insurance policies to my father on the disguise that Towers will be installed at our premises once we buy their policies and we will get rental income from the Towers installed. Later we found that we have been cheated and no such towers will ever be installed. Now they are not refunding our policy amount stating their statutory Terms.The policy numbers are #50589745 and #50589860. People like us are being openly cheated here and the company is not helping us positively despite repeated follow ups with them in their branch as well as their Customer Care.I would like you to act in this case and let justice prevail. Reliance life — With out any proper Reason, PUT MY POLICY IN LAPSE MODE
I had given a cheque for my regular premium paying term to LOCAL OFFICE IN JAMNAGAR.With out depositing my cheque in subsequent BANKER'S FOR CLEARING,
Company people has give Status of my cheque is BOUNCED, However Banker has stated me that such cheque is not received to that branch yet, Reliance life insurance people has put my policy in LAPSE MODE. So I had asked such competent authority to give me that BOUNCED CHEQUE or SHOW ME THAT BOUNCED CHEQUE. THEY PEOPLE ARE NEITHER GIVING ME THAT CHEQUE NOR ABLE TO SHOW ME THAT? WHY?
THEN WHERE IS MY CHEQUE GONE
Reliance life — Non refund of my dues
Dear Sir/Madam,I had invested in Reliance Life insurance policy around 3 years back & gave regular premium of Rs 10,000 per year.
In Dec'09 I opted to close the same & asked Reliance Life to reimburse the money .
Accordingly all papers were submitted & formalities done.
After lot of harrassment & followup with the persons concerned I have not been able to recover my money .
This is a case of cheating & fraud by Reliance Life Insurance Ltd.& I doubt whether I will get back my money.
