[Resolved] Reliance Mart — Arrogant Behavior by Store Manager Mr. Rajeev Gupta | |||
hi! i was really disappoint with behavior of the store manager of Reliance mart at LAKE CITY MALL who was standing at customer desk. As I approached him with a query of double charged amount for BUN (once it was charged in food section and second time also was charged with cosmetic stuff). When I asked him to make me understand about the same he said it is not our fault, you have given it twice for scanning. I was very polite because I work in same mall in other brand and I was aware about him that his name is Mr. Rajeev Gupta and he is the store manager and he is too elder than me but he was really very aggressive and arrogant. I approached him with the expectations of solution for occurred problem but he was not ready to listen. He was taking undue advantage for being store manager and used harassing language i.e. (TU ISI MALL MEIN KAM KARTA HAI ISLIYE KUCH NAHI KAH RAHA, AGAR KOI NORMAL CUSTOMER HOTA TO BATATA MEIN KYA CHEEZ HOON). It is not the mater of 26 rupees but as a customer I was expecting that somebody at customer desk will treat me in good manner and with hospitality. He doesn't know how to handle customers. We all are human being and anyone can make mistake but in customer service there should be politeness, doesn't mater what designation you are carrying. I am also in customer service industry. I am really not feeling good while sending this feedback but it hurt me a lot, I respect him too and my all colleagues are regular customers of this mart. Was this information helpful? | |||
