[Resolved]  Reliance Mart — false announcements and worst behavior by the staff

Today, I went to reliance mart, tirupathi. It was the worst experience I ever had. They were announcing offers but after a long wait in que, during billing they said tthtjerr is no such offer, when we contacted the superwiser, it was irresponsible answer. It seems they dont care about the customer. When I asked for complaint book, they gave one rough notebook. Nobody cares about customer. Is this the way u serve the people?
