[Resolved]  Reliance Mart — Home Delivery Problems

Hi, I an a regular customer of Reliance Mart in Aundh, Pune. I shop all my groceries from this place. When the shop opened a couple of years back, the home delivery facility was started with much fanfare. The delivery used to happen thrice a day. This has all gone down drastically over the last one year. Now they deliver only the NEXT day... even though the sigh boards in the shop still claim the original schedule. You will be only told about the next day delivery when you hand over the bags to them. By this time, you have already decided to use the service believing the boards put up.and may have lined up things accordingly. Also, there is no system for them to seal the bags that are to be delivered. So it remains up to the consumer to check each and every item according to the receipt. There could be a system in place to change this. Thanks, Vee Dee
